Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

It’s that time of the year when Pumpkin flavor rules everything! So in the spirit of the holidays I’d like to present you with a smoothie recipe that is guaranteed to become a family favorite. Our version is 100% vegan and gluten-free, high in protein and full of gut-friendly probiotics. Did we mention – it’s absolutely delicious! My son Denzin absolutely loves it!

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

(vegan & gluten-free)

  • 1 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pumpkin Spice Blend
  • 1 Cup of Ice
  • Optional Ingredients – 1 Scoop Sunwarrior Protein Blend Vanilla; 1 Scoop of Amazing Grass Pumpkin Spice Green Powder
  • Garnish – Mini Vegan Marshmallows; Cinnamon Powder

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend according to your taste. Garnish and enjoy!
