No one will believe this… I was making the water kefir pretty regularly for about 6 or 7 months and then I stopped at the last batch. That was at least 9 months ago. I left the batch on the bottom of my bakers rack with the paper towel over it – I guess you could say I forgot about it! I wanted to start making it again and thought about ordering more from Zoe, but I wanted to give them a chance to revive first. I rinsed the grains. The water was REAL sour. I did add a few Tbsp. of the sour water to the new batch. They took 3 days to revive and I’m back to making kefir water again! It’s just as it was before. I also do a second ferment in smaller jars and set them on the counter for a couple more days then tighten the lid and put them in the frig.

Some of these qualities are awesome. Many of them describe some sort of whipped puppies though. Or more likely half of the man that he’s willing to show you, while he’s off with his friends he can really be himself though. As soon as I read number 2 I realized that this was going downhill and becoming some feminine idyllic fantastical wish list.

It’s best you don’t use soy products much as they have high estrogen levels and could be GMO. Almond milk is so much better!
