I stumbled upon your videos a few months ago when I decided to do the Master Cleanse (a successful 10 days!) and decided it might be interesting to find some inspiration on Youtube. You are very inspirational and I love what both you and Mark have accomplished (and continue to do so). Congratulations to you on your successes! I am increasingly interested in embracing a high raw lifestyle, have begun experimenting, and now look forward to this cleanse as a kickstart. My tastebuds got “recharged” from my master cleanse as well! I have become a water snob towards my parents country well water (which they swear is perfectly healthy to drink) but it smells super… chemically… (for lack of a better term) so I take my own flask of water to drink when I visit them. :)

Kudos on your cleanse. I did the Master Cleanse years ago and felt great afterwards. I look like you did on day 1 with a little pudgy belly and some love handles (I also gained 50 pounds with my pregnancy and I used to be a size 2 and 110 pounds).
