Happy New 2010 Year!!!
Hope it was a great celebration for all of you. 
If you have watched my NY resolution video below, you are probably aware that one of the areas I’ll be focusing my attention on the year will be health and wellness. To jump-start my transformational journey I have decided to undertake the famous Master Cleanse for 10 days. Today, January 1st, was my first day. My video will give you more information of my reasons for doing the cleanse, as well as it will describe what the Master Cleanse is.
Also, I am happy to announce that Mark, my mom and sister Nina have decided to join me doing the cleanse. I didn’t not have to “twist” their arm. They were convinced as soon as I read a couple of pages from Stanley Burroughs’ book “The Master Cleanser.” It’s wonderful to have them share this new adventure together, and I’m so proud of them for making a commitment to become healthier in 2010.
In the coming days I will be posting video updates, tweets and Facebook statuses. This way you’ll be up to date on my family’s detoxification journey.

Zoe! We’ve got to do this too! Sounds very cool… and great that you guys had amazing results. Makes logical sense to cleanse. Thanks for the inspiration.
